Private Sessions
Book a private workout or yoga session with me. These can be done at the convenience of your home, my basement workout room, a partnering gym, or outdoors! I can teach yoga, personal train, or if you are recovering from a past injury we can work towards correcting those muscular imbalances. These sessions can range from a single session to monthly packages of no less than 8-12 weeks. For the dedicated, the packages can include me coming into your home and clearing out your fridge/pantry, working closely with a physician if you have health concerns, a nutritionist, and up to 1-3 exercise sessions a week! I will work with you, your schedule, as well as your goals to fit what will work best for YOU!
