Homemade Coffee Body Scrub

If your ever looking for something that exfoliates your skin, and makes you feel moisturized, smelling good, and the softest your skin ever has felt, try this scrub! I use to buy coffee scrubs but eventually wanted to add my own ingredients as well as not spend a bunch of money.

Ive been making coffee scrubs for a year now and love it. I have noticed I don't have dry skin, my skin feels moisturized, and I've noticed a reduction in cellulite and stretch marks, especially during pregnancy!

Ingredients:

2 cups ground coffee

½ cup melted coconut oil

1 tbsp. of Vitamin E oil

1 tbsp of Almond Oil

¾ cup Epsom salt

If you want to add anything else, or essential oils you can

Mix all ingredients together and store in a zip lock bag or jar.

To use:

1) Get in the shower and rinse off your body.

2) Turn shower off, or point shower head away from your body.

3) Get a small handful of the scrub and rub in circular a motion all over your body, pay special attention to bum, thighs, and hips.

3) Let sit on your body for up to 5 minutes. It is normal to feel tingly, and if you have just shaved it can sting a little, due to the salt.

4) Rinse off and enjoy how amazing, soft, and hydrated your skin will be.

I like the coffee scrub because it reduces the appearance of my stretch marks, cellulite, and dry skin. This is because it’s an exfoliate as well as helps the blood circulate better in those areas. This helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite.
