Flax that Berry Smoothie
/I tend to stumble upon good recipes at random, this happens to be one of them.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
3/4 cup Almond milk
1/2 tablespoon of Flax
1 cup of mixed Berries
1/2 small bananas
Ice
