Chill OUT Green Smoothie (Bomb AF)
/Here is an amazing Green Smoothie to make you happy and to calm your nerves!
This smoothie can also be good for when you are on your period, stressed, or can’t seem to relax!
Not gonna lie, this smoothie I drank for lunch and it knocked me out haha. I recommend this for dinner, late night snack when you are stressed or on your period. It also helps with sore muscles or muscle cramping! Of course, if you want this smoothie for breakfast without the calming effects just leave out the scoop of "Calm"!
Ingredients:
1 Bananas
1 Scoop of Protein powder
1/2 Tablespoon of Macha
1 Green Apple
1 handful of Spinach
1 large Kale Leaf (or more if you want)
1/2 cup of Coconut Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Coconut water
1 Scoop of Collagen
1 scoop of "Calm" powder
