Wake ME Up Bfast Smoothie
/So one morning, when I wasn't feeling it and didn't want to get up because I was tired AF... I came up with this smoothie, its pretty good and it woke me up, better than a RED BULL.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 banana
1 majool date
1 prune
1tsp Cacao nibs
4oz of cold pressed coffee (any coffee, or even espresso shots)
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
ADD ice
