Favorite Breakfast Omelet

Ingredients:

1 whole egg

¼ cup egg whites

¼ cup diced red onion

½ cup Spinach

3 sliced cherry tomatoes

2 diced white mushrooms

½ sliced Serrano pepper

¼ cup diced zucchini and yellow squash

 

Preparation:

1.     Add onion, tomatoes, and zucchini and yellow squash into a pan and cook.

2.     Once above ingredients are tender add all other ingredients and cook thoroughly.

3.     ENJOY
